<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to fix the constituent members of tire by uniform pressure along its shape over the whole surface and contrive to enhance its bonding quality by a method wherein the distance between a pair of plates is held at the predetermined constant one with a fixing means. CONSTITUTION:A contact bonding plate 4 is lowered by driving a press cylinder 6 until guide bars 9 clear the circular holes of stoppers 20. Just after the clear ing of the holes, the stoppers 20 are slide by driving cylinders 21 so as to block the spaces above the respective guide bars 9. Under the condition just mentioned above, by feeding air in bladders 11 for expansion, the bladders 11 fix the constituent members of tire seated on a fixed plate 3 by pressure through the reaction of said fixing by pressure tends the control bonding plate 4 to raise, the stoppers 20 control so as to hold the distance between the contact bonding plate 4 and the fixed plate 3 at the predetermined one. Thus, the area of both side parts of the bladders 11 excluding its part abutting against the constituent members of tire can be decreased, resulting in suppressing the expansion of said side parts and allowing to maintain the contact bonding force of the device concerned.</p> |
