PURPOSE:To uniformly rough the whole surface of a photosensitive body by providing an abutting member which abuts on the photosensitive body to the both end parts of an elastic roller which makes a film-like grinding material abut on the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The film-like grinding material 12 fed from a feeding roller 13 is made to rub on the surface of the photosensitive body 11 where a photosensitive layer is formed and moved in the direction where it is crossed with the rotating direction of the photosensitive body 11. Then, it is taken up by a take-up roller 15. At this time, the grinding material 12 is made to press-contact with the photosensitive body 11 by the elastic roller 14 whose both end parts are provided with the abutting rollers 17. Thus, the gap between the grinding material 12 and the surface of the photosensitive body 11 is kept constant and the surface of the photosensitive body 11 uniformly is roughed by constant pressure. |
