<p>PURPOSE:To irradiate multi-color rays beneficial for promoting health by arranging a shutter plate on a color plate, and rotating it at prescribed speed, and also by properly composing the three primary colors. CONSTITUTION:A flat filter plate 15 on which the three primary colors are arranged is formed, and further on the filter plate, a flat shutter plate 30 having window holes 30' through which only all the same color colored on the plate is visible and by which all of the other two primary colors are hidden is fitted. By rotating the fitted shutter plate 30 at a prescribed speed or stopping it, while composing two colors out of the adjacent three colors, the shutter plate 30 is successively turned onto a single color, from signal color to the following two colors, and then from the two colors onto a single color, so that a mixed color different in color can be irradiated on a shade part through the window holes. Thus, an intermediate color exterting a beneficial influence upon the optic nerve can be always irradiated on the shade part.</p> |
