PURPOSE:To save a line communication charge and to improve the operability by receiving a PB signal input from a telephone set even when a voice message is sent from a computer. CONSTITUTION:The system consists of a computer 1, a pushbutton telephone set 2, a network controller(NCU) 3, a public telephone line 4 and a voice reply device 5. Thus, the information as to whether or not a sound having the same frequency as that of a PB signal is included in each voice data is added to each voice data and in the case of outputting the voice message, the said information is used to control the reception enable state of the PB signal. Thus, a skillful user is able to operate a pushbutton telephone set by having only to hear the head of the voice message sent from a service center, the psychological service to the user is improved, the line operating charge is saved and the service utility is improved. |
