PURPOSE:To prevent generation of deflection of a separator by providing a separator, insulating gaskets having rigidity to be secured to front and rear surfaces of the separator, polarizable electrodes filled in the recesses of the gaskets, and a current collector having rigidity to be secured to the electrode and the gasket. CONSTITUTION:A separator 51 to which an upper gasket 41 is secured is turned over, and a lower gasket 31 is secured onto the separator 51. Thus, recesses to be filled with polarizable electrodes are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the separator 51. The lower recess of the recesses is covered with a spacer 6, a polarizable electrode 61 to be molded in advance is dropped to be filled in the upper recess 31H. Then, the separator in which the electrode 61 is filled and a current collector 11 of a conductive plastic plate is secured, is turned over, a polarizable electrode 71 is filled in the other recess, and a current collector 21 is secured thereonto. Thus, since the gaskets are formed of members having rigidity, even if a pressing force is applied, it is scarcely deformed, and deflection, creases of the separator due to the deformation of the gasket are reduced. |
