摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a metal short fiber flocked metal sheet having excellent heat conductivity and electric conductivity by joining solder foil to the surface of a strip state metal sheet while feeding out this, successively applying flux to a solder layer, electrostatically flocking metal short fibers, heating and taking the heat out thereof. CONSTITUTION:While feeding out the strip state metal sheet 1 and the solder foil 2, they are rolled reduction with one pair of rolls 3 for press-welding to form a solder press-welded layer and this is heated by a high frequency induc tion heating device 6 arranged in line and the solder foil 2 is welded to obtain the single solder layer. Successively, rosin series flux applied with coating rolls 120, 121 is introduced into electrostatic fiber flocking device 14 and load voltage is impressed to the lower electrode while shifting the metal sheet to execute electrostatic fiber flocking. Then, the whole upper electrode plate is finely vibrated with an electromagnetic vibration generator 17. The fiber pre-flocked steel sheet is heated by a high frequency induction heating device 15 and forced ly cooled with water cooling roll 16.
