<p>A network control system in which a terminal is connected to a communication network, the terminal being connected to a keyboard and having at least a chat function of making communications with other terminal in real time, thereby to execute communications with each other. A terminal on the transmitting side describes in the communication command to be transmitted a mode corresponding to a function that is to be executed and the code of the communication in the mode, and indexes the connection timing table. According to the content of the connection timing table, establishment and release of connection of the communication to the other terminal are executed in order to efficiently utilize the communication network.</p> |
