PURPOSE:To realize the speed-up and automatic of floor material manufacture by supplying a reinforcing material onto the molding surface of an upper mold and sucking and holding the reinforcing material thereupon and then lowering the upper mold in order to mount it on the material. CONSTITUTION:On the right side of an upper mold main body 17, a supplier 38 for a reinforcing material 35 such as metallic nets and the like is disposed and a transporting table 42 is made capable of being moved even in the up and down direction by a piston 44. When the constant amount of a material 34 is dropped on the molding surface of a lower mold 1 from a material measuring and supplying frame 29, a piston 40 moves and the transporting table 42 reaches the lower side of the upper mold main body 18 while mounting the reinforcing material therein, and further, the piston 44 moves upward and lifts the reinforcing material 35 until it comes into contact with the upper mold molding surface and attracted thereto by means of a magnet 37. Next, the lower mold 1 is placed under the upper mold and the reinforcing material 35 is mounted on the material 34 wherein compression and water squeeze are performed simultaneously by lowering the upper mold 17. Whereby a durable floor material or the like can further be formed promptly at low cost.
