PURPOSE:To sufficiently execute the bending work for the laminated steel plate by bending back to the planned angle after preliminary bending excessively beyond the planned bending angle for the laminated steel plate consisting of an organic compound inserted between two steel plates having yield strength within the specific range. CONSTITUTION:One or two kinds of the steel plates are selected among the cold rolled steel plate having 20-40kgf/mm<2> the yield strength, the galvanized steel plate, the painted/covered steel plate and the stainless steel plate. The laminated steel plate which cosists of the organic compound inserted between the above two plates is subjected to the specific preliminary bending and bending back. In this case, because the preliminary bending angle for generating the necessary and enough elongation of the outer skin steel plate is different due to respective strength, thickness and the planned bending angles, etc., of respective skin steel plates and organic component, so the above angle of laminated steel plates is experimentally found individually in advance. Therefore, the difficulty of the bending work for the laminated steel plate is conquered, and the worked product without the generation of stripping off due to the creep phenomenon after working, especially, at the time of heating is obtained. |
