PURPOSE:To decrease the absolute quantity of information records by inputting repeatedly an initialization information record between a repetition start record and a repetition end record in an initialization information record string and initializing successive areas to the same value. CONSTITUTION:An initialization information record analysis executing means 4 reads in the initialization information record, the number of times of repetition in it, and the length of the repetition area from the information record string 2. Then the repetition start record and repetition end record are recognized to perform initialization processing for the initialization information record. Further, a record control table 5 controls information in the start record when the means 4 recognizes the start record. Consequently, the successive areas where the information record between the start record and end record is inputted repeatedly are initialized with the same initial value image to reduce the absolute quantity of the intialization information record string.
