PURPOSE:To eliminate a system down due to the deficiency of the control structure by supplementing control structure which runs short in system operation dynamically. CONSTITUTION:A supplementary control structure generating means 4 secures an area for generating the control structure for supplementation out of a main storage device 1, generates the structure in the area, and connects it to a control structure pool 12 for supplementation. Then when a control structure queue 11 becomes empty, a control structure queue monitor means 2 informs a control structure supplementing means 3 of that. The means 3 takes the structure for supplementation out of the pool 12 and supplements it to the queue 11. Therefore, if the control structure becomes short during the system operation, it is supplemented dynamically to eliminate the system down.
