When a car is stationary, the driver may test the attitude control of a suspension pressure control system by ordering with specific switches a rolling test or a pitching test. Assuming he chooses a rolling test and rotates a steering wheel towards the right, the vehicle inclines laterally such that a height of the left side of the vehicle rises up and the height of the right side falls down by an amplitude responding to the rotation angle of the steering wheel. Whenever a longitudinal inclination is superimposed to the rolling, the driver is able to detect a failure of the control system and to pinpoint the faulty suspension.
