<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently remove the dust and odors in the flue gas by cleaning the gas with a slaked lime soln. and removing the dust by the contact adsorption with the soln. CONSTITUTION:A funneled part 3B is connected to the lower surface of a rectangular side wall 3A and a top board 3C to the upper surface to form a case 3D. A flue gas inlet 3E is formed at the lower part of one side surface, and a flue gas outlet 3A is formed at the upper part of the other side surface. A water supply pipe 3G having a nozzle 3G1 for spraying a slaked lime soln. is laid above the flue gas inlet. A soln. collecting pipe 3B1 is connected to the lower end of the funneled part 3B. Meanwhile, a socket 5E corresponding to a soln. recovery part 4H is opened on the top board 5C of a filtration settling machine, and an agitating nozzle 5F is drawn in from the lower position of the side wall 5A. Air pollution is prevented by this device.</p> |
