PURPOSE:To provide a small and simple device for replacing nozzles by a constitution in which tools are held for replacement at the intersection of the path of a mounting head and a moving tool table. CONSTITUTION:When a tool 24 is replaced, a mounting head 12 holding the tool 24 is moved along a linear guide in the y-direction through a ball screw 13 and a nut 14 by a motor 15. A carriage 88 with a tool table 85 fixed on it is driven by a motor 93 and moved along a linear guide 94 in the x-direction to bring the tool 24 above a suction pad 100. Then, a vertically movable body 18 is lowered to allow the pad to suck the tool 24 so that the head is removed. This arrangement can provide a small and simple device for replacing nozzles. |
