PURPOSE:To contrive reduction in time for an exchange of a wire spool and an increase in the certainly of grounding of a gold conductor wire by a method wherein a terminal for grounding which is rotated integrally with a spool holder is arranged on the side of the openended side of the spool holder and the point of this terminal is freely abutted on the winding start part of the metal conductor wire which is positioned on the outer side surface of the flange part of the wire spool. CONSTITUTION:A swinging arm 25 is first made to swing and a member coupled with the point of the arm 25 is made to position so as not to project up outward of the outer peripheral surface of a spool holder 10. On the other hand, with respect to a wire spool 2, on which a gold conductor wire 1 is wound and which is held by the holder 10, the start-of-winding 1a of this wire 1 is faced to the outside in a state that the start-of-winding 1a is made to position on the outer side surface of a flange part of the spool 2 and when the arm 25 is made to position in the diameter direction of the holder 10, the start-of-winding 1a is made to position at a position, where it is abutted on a terminal 31 for grounding, and the spool 2 is inserted in the holder 10. Then, the arm 25 is rotated up to the diameter direction of the holder 10 in a state that this arm 25 is pulled to its rear through a grip 32. |
