Further, gaps 5 or recesses are formed among the diamonds, and insulators 4 are filled in the gaps. Insulator glass such as silicon oxide, phosphorus glass is filled as insulator 4 to prevent an applied current from concentrically flowing to a passage except the diamond. As a result, the current flows in the diamond, and carrier can be recombined by transition between bands, between the band and recombination center or light emitting center, between recombination centers or between light emitting centers.
