The plunger can has a liq. container with a hollow plunger rod which is slidable through a seal in the container. The plunger rod is biassed outwards by a spring (9) and inside the container, has a suction chamber and slidable piston inside. The suction chamber is connected by an opening in the piston with the rod. The chamber is almost completely open on the bottom and is slidably joined to the rod (4) via a return spring (10). When the piston is pressed down the bottom of the suction chamber rests on the bottom of the container, after which the piston can be moved w.r.t. the suction chamber. The return spring brings the chamber back into its final position after releasing the rod.
