PURPOSE:To enable continuous molding of an FRP product which has a smooth and good surface even when the thickness is large by passing a prepreg contg. a highly reactive thermosetting resin and a strand of a reinforcing material through a lowly reactive thermosetting resin to give a composite and heat curing the composite in a mold. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg contg. a highly reactive thermosetting resin and a strand of a reinforcing material are passed through a lowly reactive thermosetting resin, and thereby the prepreg is wrapped by the lowly reactive resin to give a composite. The composite is conveyed into a mold where the composite is heat cured and integrated, and thus an FRP product is continuously molded. By this method a uniform curing is obtd. even when the thickness is large or heat transfer is curing is poor, producing a product having a smooth surface and a beautiful appearance. |
