A very tall but slender multi-use building (10) having at least, and preferably substantially more than, 75 human-occupiable stories (e.g., 75-300 human-occupiable stories). The main structural element of the building is a hollow, vertical prism (20) of reinforced concrete made up of interconnected, substantially planar, vertical walls (22). Most of the human-occupied floor space is outside the prism (20).
