<p>NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody specifically binding to a lymphokine or cytokinin and having an activity of macrophage migration activation (MCF activation). USE:Useful in technical field of medical care and biochemistry of separation and purification of MCF activating factor, elucidation of various kinds of immune mechanisms and tissue staining methods, etc. PREPARATION:Lymphokine or cytokinin having MCF activation is used as antigen and immunized to mammal. Lymphocyte of the immunized animal is fused with a myeloma cell line. Then the antibody-producing cell selected from the resultant hybridoma is cultured to provide the objective antibody.</p> |
