PURPOSE: To surely prevent windshields from being installed on an automobile body by measuring the actual curing times of an adhesive for the windshields, and controlling an apparatus if standard curing times are exceeded, so that the windshields are prevented from being installed on the automobile body. CONSTITUTION: A control means C, when a sensor S1 detects that the application of an adhesive to windshields Wf, Wf by respective adhesive application means 30 is complete, measures a first actual curing time T1 ; measures a second curing time T2 from a signal of a sensor S2 when the windshields are fed to an inversion means 32 by a conveyor means 31; and measures a third actual curing time T3 from a signal of a sensor S3 when the inversion means 32 is actuated. The windshields are installed on an automobile body A by the actuation of a transfer means 33, at which time a fourth actual curing time T4 is measured from a signal of a sensor S4. When the actual curing times of the adhesive, T1 , T1 +T2 ...T1 +T2 +T3 +T4 exceed the corresponding standard curing times, the windshields Wf, Wr are removed and delivered onto a removing conveyor by the actuation of a subsidiary transfer means 34 or the transfer means 33.
