PURPOSE:To lighten the burden to an operator by discriminating the state of the power supply to a current load while estimating the state of the power supply to a load after control by using the control information of a power system facility to be controlled by the operator. CONSTITUTION:A supply-state discriminating means 33 recognizing the current state of the power supply, a supply-state estimating means 34 estimating the state of the power supply at the time of control according to the control command of an operator, a decision comparison means 35 comparing the results of the decision of each means, a supply-trouble avoidance-procedure estimating means 36 estimating the trouble of the power supply by the result of comparison and presuming avoidance control procedure, and an information output means 37 informing the operator of the generation of the trouble of the power supply and control procedure avoiding the trouble of the power supply are provided. The operator is informed of the generation of the trouble of the power supply and the control procedure, etc., avoiding the trouble of the power supply, and the control procedure evading the trouble of the supply of power is executed in division. Accordingly, the erroneous control of the operator can be prevented. |
