PURPOSE:To eliminate a part causing imperfect contact and achieve efficient pressurization for an electrode layer by forming one terminal integrally with a case and forming the other terminal integrally with an electrode plate and providing a pressure bag in the clearance between the electrode plate and the inner wall of the case. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a first terminal 5-2 formed integrally with a case 5, an electrode plate 6 placed to cover the surface part corresponding to an electrode layer 3 of a cell C received in the case 5, a second terminal 6-1 formed integrally with the electrode plate 6 and insulated from and led outside the case 5, and a pressure bag 10 provided in the clearance between the electrode plate 6 and the inner wall of the case 5, and the electrode layer 3 is pressed by the pressure of gas sealed in the pressure bag 10. For example, the gas is introduced into the bag 10 from the gas inlet 10-1 and when the gas pressure reaches the predetermined value the gas inlet 10-1 is sealed. As the material for the pressure bag 10, synthetic resin etc., may be used, and the gas inlet 10-1 is sealed by heating and fusing the part of the gas inlet 10-1. |
