摘要

PURPOSE:To improve machinability and heat resistance by blending mica powder with a specified binder and carrying out molding and sintering by heating. CONSTITUTION:A resin coating material is prepd. as a binder by dissolving or dispersing at least one among polycarbosilane resin, polysilastyrene resin, polytitanocarbosilane resin, polysilazane resin and polyborosiloxane resin in a solvent such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and 100 pts.wt. mica powder is blended with 5-200 pts.wt. (expressed in terms of resin) of the resin coating material. They are uniformly dispersed, molded and sintered at 400-500 deg.C.
