<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the temperature lowering of a heating material and to work the material repeatedly, by arranging in series in order the heating device of the material, a cylindrical heat insulation guide device, working device repeatedly working the material in the forward and backward directions and cylindrical heat insulation guide device. CONSTITUTION:A material is heated by a heating device 1, a roller set 12 whose shaft center 11 is twisted for the basic shaft 10 of a working device 4 is repeatedly driven by switching the normal rotation and reverse rotation by the friction force with a friction ring 15, while reserving the heat of the rear and front parts of the material by the cylindrical heat reserving guide devices 3, 5 that the heat insulation material surface is covered by a steel stock in succession and the material is repeatedly worked in the forward and backward directions.</p> |
