PURPOSE:To prevent lowering of fixing function from continuous copying by carrying out liquid temperature detection inside a developing tank and controlling the standby time in a home position of an optical system scanner in the continuous copying based on the detected temperature. CONSTITUTION:By having a print button of the copying machine pushed, a main motor 25 is turned on, a driving system and a pump inside the developing tank 12 are driven, and a liquid temperature sensor 24 is activated simultaneously to check the liquid temperature. Next, an optical system scanner motor is turned on, the optical system scanner positioned in the home position on the left side is scanned and traveled in the right direction, after exposing is finished the scanner is returned to the home position, and in the continuous copying, the optical system scanner is started again after t seconds of standby time. This standby time t is changed depending on the liquid temperature checked by the liquid temperature sensor 24. That is, when the liquid temperature inside the developing tank is low, the standby time t of the optical system scanner is made longer in continuous copying. Thus the lowering of fixing temperature can be prevented. |
