A pipe cutting and finishing machine has workpiece clamping means provided with changeable dies (20, 22) for accommodating workpieces of different diameters and a turret (30) axially aligned with and rotatable in frictional engagement with said clamping means. A power rotated tool (20) is mounted on the turret closely adjacent the clamping means and is adjustable radially of clamped workpieces so that upon rotation of the turret, the rotating cutting tool is moved in an orbital path to cut and/or finish the workpiece. Optionally, two or more tool mounting and associated mecha nisms may be mounted on the same turret, permitting simultaneous cutting and finishing operations during a single rotational operation of the turret. |
