<p>An improved method and apparatus of collecting quasi-elastic light scattering (QELs) data and time average intensity simultaneously. The apparatus utilizes a pair of matched optical elements (60, 62) that eliminate the need of index matching fluids that are currently required to eliminate flare from the sample cell (20) walls at the cell-sample (18) and the cell-air interfaces. The optical elements (60, 62) incorporate desirable aspects of a pinhole aperture optical system (35) and a double lens (60, 62) and center mask (31) optical system.</p> |
