<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a shock at the time of switching by providing a target value generator with a reading part for reading in each feedback value, and at the time of the switching of a control mode, reading the feedback value corresponding to the control mode after the switching, and making it the start point of a control set value. CONSTITUTION:When a control mode switching signal (a) and the control set value P are outputted from the target value generator 5, the target value generator 5 sends the control mode switching signal (b) to a preset part 16 and the reading part 17 at a step where the switching of the control mode occurs. The control mode switching signal (b) is sent to the reading part 17, and the actual measurement value of the feedback value F corresponding to the control mode after the switching to be switched at the start point of this signal (b) is read, and is preset as the initial value of the control set value P. Accordingly, control by a PID controller 8 can be executed smoothly. Thus, the transient shock at the time of the switching of the control mode can be prevented, and the control can be shifted smoothly to a following control mode condition while a closed loop being formed.</p> |
