摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a sour seasoning suited to Japanese taste by charging soy sauce using UME (plum) juice. CONSTITUTION:UME juice after pickling pickled UME is used in place of charging water to charge soy sauce and afford an UME-flavored soy dressing.
