PURPOSE: To facilitate the use of an apparatus by making reciprocating movement of lead wire inserting means possible toward a guiding member. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve 14 is driven in an axial direction relative to a sleeve 12 by a piston rod 24 of a pneumatic piston cylinder unit 22 and a projected part 26 on the piston rod 24 is engaged between a cut part 28 in the sleeve 14 and a cut part 29 in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve 12 in the outside. A pin 18 is driven in the axial direction relative to the sleeves 12, 14 by a piston rod 32 of a pneumatic piston cylinder unit 30 and a projected part 34 projected backward out of the pin 18 is engaged with a cut part 36 in the piston rod 32.
