COUNTER ROTATING FAN TYPE VENTILATOR

PURPOSE:To lessen the number of components, facilitate assembly and maintenance and also facilitate hanging fixation by a method wherein a hanging hook for hanging and fixing the total device is fastened from the outside utilizing a flange for attaching a motor-mounting bracket to a mainbody. CONSTITUTION:On one side of flanges 4c a hanging hook 7 for hanging and fixing the total device is fastened by screw 6 from the outside of a mainbody 1 at either right or left side. The edge shape of the hook 7 is formed in nearly Z-shape and one flange 7a coming in contact with the mainbody 1 is formed in circular arc shape along the mainbody 1 and on the other flange 7b a through-hole for passing through a hanging bolt 8 is formed. The mainbody 1 is attached in sandwitch condition by the circular arc shape flange 7a and the flanges 4c of a motor-mounting bracket 4 and the total device is hanged and fixed by fastening a nut 9 attached on a hanging bolt 8. The total load of the device is supported by the bolt 8 through the bracket 4 and the hook 7 and as the strength of the mainbody is not requested to be so high, this hanging structure is very effective one for small-sized machinery.
