<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a compact slide switch having a small operating part by rotatably providing a rotary operating piece at the front surface of a device, and engaging the operating part of the slide switch to a driving part which is formed at the inner surface of the rotary operating piece. CONSTITUTION:Rotating operation is performed with an operating knob 28 which is provided at the central part of the front surface of a rotary frame 20. Then, the rotary frame 20 is rotated with a shaft part 25 as the center. A lens part 30 and an infrared-ray sensor 51 which is attached to a circuit board 50 are turned together with the rotary frame 20. Thus, a detecting area is adjusted and changed. An operating part 61 of a slide switch 54 which is engaged with a driving hole 45 of an operating part 42 is linearly moved by the rotating operation of an operating part 41 of a rotary operating piece 40. A load, e.g. a lighting device as a load, is switched to automatic detecting operation, continuous operation and continuous immobility within a time set with a timer circuit. At this time, the slide switch is operated by the turning of the rotary operating piece. Even if the compact slide switch having a small operating part is used for the rotary operating piece, the operating state can be judged readily and positively.</p> |
