摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare an activated water for improving color and resistance to the teeth when added to food materials, etc., by adding and dissolving a very small amt. of gypsum in water or dissolving gypsum in heated water and returning this water to ordinary temp. CONSTITUTION:A very small amt. of gypsum is added and dissolved in water or water contg. a very small amt. of added gypsum is heated until the gypsum is dissolved and the heated water is returned to ordinary temp. to prepare an activated water. For example, about 0.1-0.35wt.% gypsum is added to water and dissolved by stirring to prepare activated water. When about >=0.35wt.% concn. of dissolved gypsum is required, about 0.35-0.45wt.% gypsum is added to water and dissolved by heating and the heated water is returned to ordinary temp. to prepare the activated water. By adding the activated water, food and vegetable matter are activated and compacted, the freshness is enhanced and other effects are produced.
