PURPOSE:To remarkably enhance repeated charging/discharging characteristics by forming electrolyte solution of lithium salt and solvent in a specified ether series. CONSTITUTION:Electrolyte solution is composed of lithium salt and solvent in an ether series represented by an equation I in a lithium secondary battery wherein conductive high molecules are used as a positive electrode active material. In the equation I, R2 represents an alkyl group with the carbon numbers of 2 to 4, and R1 and R3 represent alkyl groups with the carbon numbers of 1 to 4. In this battery, when conductive high molecules are doped by anion or cation, energy is stored, and energy is released through an external circuit when the high molecules are dedoped. in addition, since said doping and de- doping can be reversibly carried out, the battery can be used as a secondary one. This constitution enables an reduction in capacity due to repeated charging and discharging to be restrained. |
