At least one output (4) of secondary gas and steam is arranged from the upper bottom (2.1) of the cylindrical vessel (2). The lower cover (12) is mounted inside the cylindrical vessel (2) immediately under opening of the outlet (4) of secondary gas and steam in the upper bottom (2.1). The drain pipe (13) is connected to the lowest position of the lower cover (12). A shelter (14) is arranged above the lowest position of the lower cover (12).<IMAGE>
