Currently used devices for manipulation with poultry in large-scale breeding facilities require altogether significant amount of hand manipulation with working boards or carriers for access to higher floors of breeding cages even with further equipment. The device according to this invention removes these disadvantages. Its principle consists in manipulation mechanism composed of travelling trolley with working board and travelling frame lead by pulleys on upper and lower guiding profile. The trolley is equipped with dogs for connection with frame. Therefore it is possible to use frame with trolley or the frame alone. Thanks to the above mentioned the easy accessibility in all the floors with breeding cages is ensured, with concurrent use of fixing appliance or eventually of a discharge plate on the travelling frame.<IMAGE>
