发明名称 SUSPENSION ARM STRUCTURE MADE OF FRP
摘要 PURPOSE:To stand for high compressive load by providing a reinforcing member having reinforced composition structure against stress in both directions of a lateral direction for preventing vertical cracks and a slant direction for buffering stress concentration at a joint part of an arm part and a ring part. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing member 13 is provided at joint part of an arm 11 and coupling rings 12 provided on both ends of the arm 11. In molding the reinforcing member 13, an injection port 15 and a suction port 16a of a resin molding machine are provided at the center and connected to a vacuum tank 16b. Fiber reinforced resin injected from the injection port 15 is flowed and filled by suction force of the vacuum tank 16b with fiber composition maintained in directions indicated by the arrows, that is in lateral an slant directions and then molded. Thus strength of the reinforcing member 13 aligns with composition direction of reinforced fiber wherein fiber composition in a lateral array for preventing vertical cracks and fiber composition in a slant array for preventing stress concentration of an end of a compressed part are appropriately combined. Thus high strength against vertical cracks and buckling in the direction of thickness can be obtained.
