PURPOSE:To prevent the retainer in molding process from being dropped from a cavity face by a method in which a magnetic body is inserted into the aperture for inserting the slip of the retainer made of resin, and after the aperture has been blocked with a cap etc., said retainer is fitted into the recessed part of the cavity face in which a magnet is buried. and then resin raw material is poured thereinto and is molded. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic body 28 is inserted into the aperture 48 for inserting the clip of the retainer made of resin, and a cap 30 is put on the clip-fitting part 46 of said retainer. Accordingly, the aperture 48 for inserting the clip of the retainer is blocked with the cap 30. The clip-fitting part 46 of the retainer 26 is put into the recessed part 40 for fitting the retainer on the cavity face 36 of a top force with the magnetic body 28 and the cap 30. Next, the resin raw material such as polyurethane foam-raw material is poured into a cavity 50, whereby the cavity is filled with the poured resin raw material, and the molded object in which the seat face 44 of the retainer 26 is busied, is obtained. Consequently, the retainer 26 does not drop from the cavity face in producing process. |
