<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a portable information processor with which the business jobs can be carried out in a surer and more effective way by providing a picture input device in addition to a key input device in terms of input devices. CONSTITUTION:A portable information processor consists of an input device 13, a display device 7, a memory 15, and a control circuit 14. Furthermore a picture input device (CCD camera) 9 is added to the information processor in addition to a key input device. In such a constitution, the document information including the characters, the symbols, etc., are inputted via the device 13 together with the picture information including the drawings, the maps, the face photos, etc., inputted via the camera 9. These document and picture information are processed by the circuit 14 consisting of an LSI chip 6, etc., set on the main surface of a base board and displayed on the device 7 and also stored in the memory 15 consisting of a memory chip 5, etc. The picture information is compressed by a picture data compression circuit of the circuit 14 and stored in the memory 15 and then displayed on the device 7 as necessary as the document and picture information.</p> |
