PURPOSE: To enhance the monitor response accuracy by connecting the base of a transistor with the joint of a Zener diode and a resistor in a series circuit connected in parallel with a DC voltage and connecting each transistor with a signal transmission element. CONSTITUTION: Joints of Zener diodes Z1, Z2 and resistors R1, R2 in a series circuit are connected, respectively, with the base of transistors T1, T2 connected with a signal transmission element 2. Response accuracy of an overvoltage monitor circuit depends only on the allowable deviation of the Zener diodes Z1 Z2 and the base-emitter of the transistors T1, T2. Consequently, it is independent from the allowable deviation of the collector circuit of the transistors T1, T2, a front resistor R3 and the signal transmission element 2. |
