PURPOSE:To cut a pipe efficiently without injuring the outer peripheral surface of a pipe by revolving a ratchet on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe and carrying-out the revolution of the rachet and the biting-in of the rotary cutter at a same time. CONSTITUTION:A pipe cutter is constituted by the assembly of an inner ratchet 1 and an outer ratchet 2. When the outer ratchet is revolved through a ratchet layer 10, the outer ratchet starts revolution on the outer peripheral surface of the inner ratchet. When the ratchet 2 is manually revolved, a feed guide groove 9 operates a feed roller 14, and a one-way clutch operates to turn a feed lever in one direction, and a rotary cutter 18 is fed towards the center of a pipe 17, and a pipe can be cut. |
