The surrounding insulating parts (1, 9) make, in the plugged-in condition, contact with each other. The ring-like parts (3, 13, 14) form a bayonet lockage. The contact pins (7) are spring loaded and have a restriction at some point into which the elastic sealing plate (12) bears so as to seal off the pins at that point. This is necessary since the connector requires disinfectant treatment from time to time, and none of the liquids must enter into the contact areas. The coupling members (13, 14) are marked so as to ensure their correct mutual positions for the interlocking bayonet rings (14). ADVANTAGE - Good static shielding; parts accessible for cleaning; contact areas sealed off which permits use of disinfective liquids.
