The catalyst consists of the following components in the following ratio in per cent by weight: aluminoorganic composition of general formula: RnAlCl3-n, where R = C1-C4 alkyl, n = 1,2, 57.3-97.0; 0,0-disubstituted derivative of dithiophosphate of a transition metal of general formular, 3.0-42.7. The proposed method provides for polymerization of diene which is introduced in a quantity of 1.0-6.0 mole per litre of the reaction mixture in the presence of the claimed catalyst and with simultaneous introduction of the diene and catalyst into an organic solvent. |
