PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of a detection error by providing a revolution sensor, a compensation means and a driving means and furnishing the compensation means with an error computing means, a means obtaining a cumulative filter output value and a time series filter means. CONSTITUTION:A compensator 4 is composed of a computing element 5 (a microprocessor), a memory 6 and a D/A converter 7, computing-works the digital signal (b) of a speed detector 3, and outputs a control signal (c). A speed control system consists of a motor 1, a revolution sensor 2, the speed detector 3, the compensator 4 and a driver 8. A cumulative filter section adds and synthesizes a revolution error value and an accumulated, and computes a novel accumulated, and a time series filter section adds and synthesizes the specified twice values of a cumulative filter output value and a time series signal value, and outputs a novel time series signal value. |
