PURPOSE:To improve the corresponding relation of each working program and an oscillation pulse condition, and to facilitate the change of the condition by providing a correspondence table of a working program number and the oscillation pulse condition on a nonvolatile memory of a control part. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1, first of all, displays an initial screen on a display of a console 5. In this state, by operating the console 5, a number of a working program to be executed is inputted, and subsequently, a condition set screen is displayed on the console 5. In this screen the preset contents of each condition of four kinds are contained, and by looking at this screen, an arbitrary condition is selected, and its condition number is inputted. As a result, the inputted condition number is written in an area of the program number concerned of the correspondence table. When the condition is set in such a way and the work is started, the working program of its number is executed. The CPU 1 reads out the condition of the program concerned from the correspondence table and transmits it to a control part 3, and controls an oscillator 4 so as to become a frequency and duty ratio conforming to its condition. |
