PURPOSE:To easily generate a less-color image having a limited number of colors by cutting partial images by the specification of an indication point and the setting and correction of a binary-coding threshold range as to respective parts of an image to be processed. CONSTITUTION:When one point in a desired image area to be colored is indicated as to an displayed image to be processed, a binary coding part 6 cuts an image area including the one point as a component image according to a specific image level range corresponding to the image level of the indication point. Then when this partial image is not an intended image area, a binary coding threshold variation part 7 corrects the image level range to cut a partial image repeatedly by correcting the image area. Consequently, the target image part to be colored is cut extremely finely and accurately only by correcting and indicating the image level range finely and the partial image area can be painted in a desired color. Consequently, the less-color image having a limited number of colors can be generated effectively. |
