The rising liq. quickly drawn through the system can be water with or without cleaning or disinfecting medium. The container (3) for the rinising liq. (4) has tap connectors (10,10a). Delivery tube(s) (11,11a) can be provided with latter (10,10a)and extend into the liq. A regulator, e.g. a float (5), can be provided to monitor the liq level. The float can control a switch (6) of an electric current circuit (7). The switch can control a magnetic valve (8). If the liq. level is too long the latter can open an inlet (9) for noising liq. and close it again when a predetermined level is attained. ADVANTAGE - Through rinising without risk of leaving area uncovered or requiring comprehensive controls.
