A device for stopping in the loading and unloading position of a basket 1, especially of a linen washing machine of the top-loading type comprising a mobile device 11 in which a tank 10 is positioned, the basket 11 moved by an electric motor 5 rotating in the latter, advantageously of the universal type, said mobile device having a door 12 for access to tank 10 and basket 1 having an opening 2 for loading and unloading of the linen. The device comprises sensor devices 15 capable of detecting the presence of opening 2 of basket 1 corresponding to door 12 present in mobile device 18, commutator devices 33 capable of alternate connection of electrical feed lines connected to motor 8 and thus inversion during functioning of the washing machine and when stopping of the machine is desired of the direction of current I circulating in this motor so as to invert the direction of rotation and means of stopping capable of keeping the basket 1 blocked when the opening 2 of the latter corresponds to the door 12 of the mobile device. <IMAGE> |
