PURPOSE:To improve life by coating the surface on the slider side of an elestic vibraton with friction material consisting of specific material. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor consists of a case 1, a slider 5, formed integrally with a shaft 3, a disc spring 7, an elastic vibrator 8, a piezoelectric vibrator 9, etc. And the surface on the slider 5 side of th elastic vibrator 8 is coated with friction member 21, and this friction material 21 is made by mixing filler, consisting of fine powder great in hardness such as alumina, metal, etc., to the main material of synthetic resin material at a fixed rate. As a result, the elastic vibrator 8 contacts with the slider 5 through mingled fine powder of the friction material 21. |
